Troy-based Kelly Services has finalized a lease for 30,000 square feet in the Troy Officentre complex.
A recipient of a tax credit through the Michigan Economic Growth Authority on Aug. 25, the deal meant Kelly Services chose to expand in Troy rather than move out of state.
The city of Troy also approved $20,000 in road improvements.
The building’s ownership, Brighton-based Osprey Management Co., was represented by Glenn DesRosiers, vice president with Farmington Hills-based Friedman Real Estate Group. Kelly was represented by Bob Rosman of Southfield-based GVA Detroit and Ken Hulbert with California-based Daum Commercial Inc.
